Clinical Photography & Medical Record Documentation

Clinical photography is an important component of the medical record and allows our providers to maintain visual documentation of your baseline appearance, treatment areas, clinical progress, healing, and treatment outcomes. These photographs are uploaded to and maintained within your confidential patient chart as part of your clinical documentation.

Clinical photographs taken for your medical record are separate from photographs or videos used for advertising, social media, promotional, educational, or other public-facing purposes. Any use of patient images outside of the confidential medical record is subject to any applicable authorization or consent requirements. Because clinical photography is a required component of our documentation protocol, INJX BY NAT LLC is unable to perform a procedure if a patient declines the required clinical before and after photographs.
