Cancellation Policy INJX by NAT Aesthetics Cranford & Morristown, NJ

At INJX BY NAT Aesthetics, we value your time and our providers’ time. To ensure an efficient schedule and fairness to all patients, we enforce the following cancellation and missed business opportunity policy.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments:

$150 – Chemical Peels
$200 – All procedures except PDO Thread Lift, Attiva, and Radiesse BBL
$400 – PDO Thread Lift
$500 – Radiesse BBL (Half)
$1,000 – Radiesse BBL (Full)
$1,000 – Attiva

Your deposit is applied toward your treatment as long as you keep your original appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Window

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any procedure appointment.

Canceling without rescheduling: the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required for any future appointment.
Rescheduling with more than 72 hours’ notice: your deposit may be moved to another appointment scheduled within 30 days of your original date. If no appointment is completed within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.
Less than 72 hours’ notice: the deposit is forfeited and a missed business opportunity fee applies (see fee schedule below).
Same-day changes: if you arrive and choose not to proceed with your booked procedure, it is treated as a late cancellation. You will forfeit your deposit and be charged a 50% procedure fee.

Missed Business Opportunity Fees

In addition to the forfeiture of your deposit, the following fees apply for cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, no-shows, or same-day decision not to proceed:

Skin Treatments

Chemical Peel: forfeiture of $150 deposit
Microneedling with PRP: $175
Glass Facial: $400
Express Glass Facial: $200

Fee Enforcement

All cancellation fees, same-day fees, and outstanding balances must be paid before scheduling future appointments. Unpaid balances may be referred to a professional debt collection agency. Accounts sent to collections may negatively affect your credit.

We strictly enforce this policy for all patients, regardless of circumstances, to protect provider time and ensure availability for patients who are waiting for appointments.
