Interpreter Policy & Confidentiality

If you experience difficulty communicating in English and require language assistance, please notify our office before your appointment. If you elect to bring your own translator or interpreter, that individual should be someone you trust and with whom you are comfortable discussing confidential information, including your medical history, medications, health conditions, treatment plans, procedure details, risks, photographs, financial information, and other personal or medical matters. By requesting that your chosen translator or interpreter participate in your consultation or treatment discussions, you acknowledge that confidential information may necessarily be discussed in that individual's presence.

Patients are responsible for selecting an individual who can accurately and reliably communicate information between the patient and the INJX BY NAT LLC team. INJX BY NAT LLC cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of translations or interpretations provided independently by a patient-selected family member, friend, companion, or other third party. If our clinical team believes that communication is insufficient to allow the patient to provide informed consent, understand the procedure, or safely participate in treatment, the appointment may be postponed until appropriate communication assistance can be arranged.
