I wish I went to Natia sooner! I have always been a fan of fillers , micro needling , laser- basically anything you can do to your face- I have done. But for some reason I was so hesitant about making an appointment for PDO threads. I had followed Natia's work for quite sometime and took notice that each individual that walked into her office came out looking amazing and facial symmetry / structure was on point . I never had a "whoa what happened there " or " it really looks like nothing was fixed or enhanced " moment when looking at her work. I highly recommend coming to INJX by Nat AESTHETICS, I came for their signature PDO thread lift and my experience was everything I had hoped it would be. From the moment you come to the office everyone is calm, professional and friendly. I had a lot of anxiety that the procedure itself would be painful, so I used the Nitrous Oxide and with that I didn't need any other local anesthetic. I can’t speak highly enough of Cass!!! I went in for threads and got some filler also, and wow, the results are incredible. I can’t believe the difference. Cass has a gift!! After the lidocaine (which stung only a little) I didn’t even realize the threads were going in until the one side of my face was finished. I did not feel a thing. While I was sore a few days after, it was completely tolerable, and manageable. I got a wisdom tooth extraction ice pack that wraps around my head which worked perfectly.
The office was nice and clean, and the ladies who work there were super sweet and helpful.

I drove an hour and a half from Long Island to see Nat at Injections by Nat for a consultation about threads. To my surprise, Nat told me I didn’t need them. I really appreciated her honesty—it instantly made me trust her. At that point, I was overdue for my semi-annual Botox and had never been fully happy with my previous injector. I always felt frozen or ended up with that “overly surprised” look.

Since I had already left a deposit and made the trip, I decided to do Botox with Nat. I’ll be honest, I’ve never spent that much money on Botox before—it was definitely an investment. IT WAS WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY . I would rather go less often, and even treat fewer areas, just to see Nat. I will gladly make the trip to New Jersey every time.

They are the best! I saw Cassie for botox (daxxify actually) and she was wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me consider different options. I've been thinking about trying something I've never tried so I spoke with her about it. She helped me consider it and wasn't pushy at all which I appreciated. They were also very transparent about pricing of everything so there were no surprises. Everyone on staff was very professional and kind. Everything is very clean and well organized. I'd highly recommend to anyone. Also, there is a large parking lot so you don't need to worry about parking. You can pull right up and never have to circle the block wasting time looking for a spot like at some other places.

Cass is my injector, she's not only sweet and very accommodating to your needs, but clearly talented to boot. Her work is gorgeous, not only on the other people I've seen, but on myself. I already had full lips before getting filler but Cass took my lips to the next level, and they are now the perfect shape for my face. When looking for an injector it is not just about volume. Get yourself someone who understands proportion and shape well, like Cass.

Also had my pyriform area smoothed out a bit. I've always had a problem with this area most of my life. Cass was very precise with the placement and it looks flawless now. One of the fillers she uses is specifically designed to move with the face, it's more flexible so it looks seamless and natural. Best part is it can last up to two years. Don't walk honey. Run.

This week I visited Injx By Nat Aesthetics in Cranford NJ for PDO threads and Neurotoxin facial treatment. I found the environment to be clean, calming, and well-maintained, which immediately set a positive tone. The staff was welcoming and very professional, and Nurse Maggie took the time to explain each step of the treatment, which I deeply appreciated.

Following the treatment (4 days later) treated area is still a bit swollen but to be expected. The sagging jaw line is no longer visible and wrinkles on forehead and glabella are barely noticeable.
